Responsibilities

1. Consult with inbound leads (qualify leads, develop proposals, and pitch)
2. Prospect small business leads in specific industries
3. Launch outreach campaigns (involving emails, LinkedIn, and warm calling)
4. Schedule consultation meetings with interested leads
5. Develop and pitch custom proposals to interested leads
6. Close new deals.


Requirements

1. Passionate about digital marketing
2. Passionate about helping small businesses
3. Strong listening and communication skills
4. Ability to learn new concepts quickly
5. Ability to understand the needs of our leads and how to cater services to their needs.

Education

A minimum of a high school education is required.

Experience

1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Compensation, Hours, and Environment

1. Compensation: This role’s compensation model based on base salary plus commissions. Average reps earn between Rs.3,00,000-12,00,000 per year, including commissions. High-performing reps may earn more.
2. Benefits: Paid Vacation Days, Covered Parking, Health Insurance Contributions, and more perks
3. Work Hours: Standard Business Hours (10:00AM-7:00PM)
